According to customs statistics, the total import and export volume of aquatic products in China reached 95.442 million tons in 2018, with a total value of 37.188 billion US dollars, an increase of 3.33% and 14.44% over the same period of last year, respectively. The total import and export volume reached a record high. The year-round trade surplus was $7.465 billion, narrowing by $2.339 billion.
